ABOUT ME
MY PAST
Growing up, I always was fascinated by coloring. Crayons, paints, pencils, charcoal, chalk – anything that left a mark on paper – were my tools. My enjoyment was encouraged by success at community contests and school projects. Little did I know that this skill set would evolve into a career as an Art Director and Graphic Designer.
MY EXPERIENCE
Upon graduation from the Illinois Institute of Art, I was immersed into the corporate world as an entry-level Graphic Designer at a fast-paced advertising agency – an environment in which I not only survived, but thrived. Tight deadlines, lightning-quick turnaround times, storyboarding, client presentations, revisions and final fulfillment were all part of the demanding routine that became my passion.
With more than 10 years in the industry, I've been exposed to some of the best resources in the business – mentors, supervisors, coworkers, competitors – all of whom have shaped my strong management skills and commitment to design excellence.
